Lauren D. Bercik
Ms. Bercik received her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and United States District Court of New Jersey since 2004. Ms. Bercik is an active member of the State and County Bar Associations. Ms. Bercik graduated cum laude in 1989 from Kean University with a Bachelors in Science in Nursing and graduated with honors in 1984 from Muhlenberg Hospital School of Nursing. She has received numerous scholarships and award recognition throughout her academic career.
Ms. Bercik has been a litigator with the firm since 2004 devoting the majority of her practice to government defenses, personal injury, automobile, worker’s compensation, and estate litigation. She also practices in the areas of consumer fraud, landlord/tenant, estate and asset planning, and employment matters. Prior to the practice of law, Ms. Bercik was a registered nurse and certified in the area of nephrology nursing. She has worked as a clinician in various area hospitals and with private medical providers. Ms. Bercik was also a regional clinical educator for a prominent medical device manufacturer and sales manager for an international medical software vendor.
Bonnie M. Wright
Ms. Wright is a graduate of St. John’s University and holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and is a member admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and the United States District Court of New Jersey. Ms. Wright is an active member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Monmouth County Bar Association.
Ms. Wright has been a member of the firm since 2002 when she started as a real estate paralegal, and continued as a law clerk while pursuing her Juris Doctor degree. She devotes much of her practice to all things land related, including residential and commercial real estate, planning and zoning, redevelopment and governmental representation. She also practices in the areas of transactional and business law, municipal court, and general civil litigation.
